What insurances do you accept?

We accept major insurance providers, including: Medicare, Tricare, United Healthcare, BlueCross, Aetna, and Humana.*

*Please contact your insurance provider to make sure that our Doctors are PAR for your specfic insurance plan.


What are your office hours?

Our office is open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday. On Friday, we are open from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Our office is closed on weekends and all major holidays. We also offer 24 hour on call services for emergency situations


What information do I need to provide when scheduling an appointment?

When you call to make your first appointment, our helpful staff will ask for your basic information, as well as your insurance information.


What should I bring with me to my appointment?

Please bring your insurance information, as well as a Photo ID, and a list of any medication you take, as well as your medical history, if available.


How early should I arrive to my appointment?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment is scheduled. If you are running late, please call to make sure we can still see you. Patients who are 10 minutes late or more should notify the office and will have to reschedule their appointments.


Will someone call me to remind me about my scheduled appointment?

Yes! We will call you a day or two before your appointment. If we can't reach you, we will leave a message!


I am new to Best Coast Internal Medicine. Will I need to complete any forms?

When you schedule your first appointment, we will send you a new patient packet. This packet must be completed and returned to us at least 10-14 days prior to your appointment or we will need to reschedule.


Can I access my medical information online?

Yes! We are proud to have a patient portal. You must provide us with a valid email so we can send you the link after your first appointment.
